Okay, the delivery took 2 weeks. I didn't expect much when buying a full aluminum suitcase in this zie, but it's great for my business trips. Although it might be because I know the value, it does give me a luxurious feeling haha. These days, there seem to be places selling domestic brand aluminum frames and full suitcases for outrageous prices. The design & finish might be better there, but these also seem to be made in house. There is no slow descent of the top handle unfortunately. I bought two suitcases, but one arrived a little dented. We just use it because it's my sisters , but those who are sensitive should consider it.

The delivery was slow but I really like the color of the carry-on. My old plastic 28-inch at home is too big, so I bought two 20-inch ones. They're sturdy and well divided, which is nice. However, I don't think I'll be able to use the cover many times since it seems its for storage only.

I was worried about damage during delivery because it's aluminum, but fortunately it arrived safely without any issues. Since I received it, the wheels roll smoothly without any noise. The only disappointing part is that the 20-inch product I ordered together arrived without a cover, but this item arrived over a week later. Thank you for the transparent cover. It would have been even better if there was a service like custom leather zippers but it's hard to expect soo much at this point. I bought it thinking that if there's any issue, I'll use it anyway. I hope it lasts a long time.

I usually don't leave reviews unless it's necessary. Actually it came crushed in the box somehow, when I opened it, it was dented. Vaultvac's customer service is good, so I decided to just use it. Send it to their higher department & youll get something for your troubles, I got a leather passport and tag. If you're going to use it, it will get distorted due to wear and tear anyway, so I just use it as is. I really wish the delivery company had paid more attention to the shipping, I sent them an email as well.

My 5-Day Ibiza trip was successfull, it saved me from some fees as well. Feels like a hack to pack so much in one space to be fair.

I recommend it. Feels good in hand, vacuum works well.

After having a plastic 28-inch one from a no name, I ordered this 20-inch one. My wife liked it, so I reordered it in black. The size and quality are good, and it is well divided inside and quite spatious. If it doesn't break, it's absolutely worth it for my business trips.

It seems sturdy and well-made, we'll see how it performs during the traveling period.

Nice suitcase, will order a second one for myself if it holds.

It arrived safely. It arrived very quickly after three days. It's better than I thought. The arrived item only includes the carrier and protective vinyl in the box.
